All aspects of the programs created by BLT Advantage will keep more dollars in the local community. The management of BLT Advantage created ways for local merchants to work with schools, youth groups, churches, and non-profit organizations to improve merchants’ sales and help schools, youth groups, churches, and non-profit organizations raise needed funds.
